I disagree with the opinion that hotels are run with low capacity. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to reflect the cost increases to the prices. Therefore, it will be necessary to keep occupancy rates as high as possible.
As far as I know, COVID 19 cannot pass through the wall. Therefore, it is okay for those who already live in the same house to share the same room. The sterilization of the room is finally a half-hour job. The main problem is in how to arrange tight response restaurants, beaches, pools, bars, animation areas against contamination. There are two solutions here either clock / appointment use (this may be possible for restaurants) or adding new areas to existing ones (scattering on a longer area on the beach, throwing grass, increasing the number of tables for two etc.).
Now is the time to put your hat in front of each business and decide how to adapt to the changing conditions of this year. Then is the period to announce its decisions and define new positions in the industry. Consumers will start making purchasing decisions from the day the date of freedom of travel is determined. Those who are prepared for that day will be the first facilities to be filled.

Being able to comply with all these conditions requires a capital increase. It is up to the owners to do this. Good rest for businesses that cannot adapt to the conditions by 2022 and maybe 2023.
